07:30 - 08:00: You will be picked up from your accommodation in the downtown Old Quarter for your trip to Ninh Binh (approximately 100 kilometers south of Hanoi, with a 2-hour journey and one stop for a brief break along the route).

10:00: Reach the Buddha Prayer Place at Bai Dinh Pagoda, Vietnam's largest pagoda with the most bronze sculptures and 500 A La Han statues. During your free time, you may visit this pagoda and learn more about Buddhism from our knowledgeable local guides.

Continue to Trang An Wharf and board a boat to view the Trang An cave complex. The Trang An boat tour takes you through some of Vietnam's most breathtaking landscapes, including towering limestone karst peaks, amazing caverns, and majestic temples. The Trang An terrain Complex, in Ninh Binh province, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its beautiful terrain. The scenery is so breathtaking that it's a must-see on our Ninh Binh itinerary.

Bai Dinh Pagoda, with hundreds of statues, is one of the biggest in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. The temple covers a total area of 539ha, which includes an 80ha modern temple area and a 27ha old temple area. The pagoda view from 100 meters up is gorgeous.

Proceed to view Dragon Mountain or Mua Cave. The site attracts travelers due to its countless interesting stories. Climb 500 stone stairs to Tam Coc, where you may enjoy a beautiful 360-degree view of the surrounding scenery and the Ngo Dong River.

We'll halt at the top of the mountain around sunset to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Ngo Dong River. Watching the sunset at Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve is one of the must-do activities in Ninh Binh. The golden tones of the sun setting behind the limestone mountains create a lovely ambiance.
