The rice paper-making process, rice flour, water, a tiny quantity of tapioca flour, and seasonings such as soft, pepper, and sugar are the most typical components used to manufacture Vietnamese rice paper wrappers.
A heated saucepan is then used to pour the mixture on a flat surface and spread it out into a thin, circular layer This technique is still carried out a hand, one by one, for each rice paper wrapper.
Noodles-making process: The ground rice is blended with tapioca starch to create a white paste-like batter for more versatility. Next, the paste is heated in a large skillet.
Sheets are taken off drying racks once they've been set. It is dried on the roof in the sun for a day. Afterward, the rice paper is fed into a cutting machine, where it's chopped into noodles.
