* GROUP TOURS:

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the experience’s start time.

- If you cancel less than 7 days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

* SHORE EXCURSIONS & MULTI-DAY TOURS:

- If you cancel 15 days before your scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

- If you cancel within 15 days before departure, the cancellation is 100% charged.
