Freediving – Can Anyone Do It?

Freediving is an activity in which players explore underwater depths and interact with marine life by breathing on their own. The technique entails holding one's breath for a long time and altering the body to preserve oxygen. It does not use any external breathing devices, such as a snorkel or an air tank, and the diver depends purely on their own breath. Freediving can be done recreationally, as a sport, or for spearfishing. This exercise necessitates technical training as well as complete control over one's breathing and physical health.

What is Freediving?

Diving without an aqualung is commonly referred to as skin diving' or snorkeling.' Both can employ a mask, snorkel, and fins, but no matter how deep you dive, freediving will always need a breath hold.

07:00 - 07:30: Pick-up from Nha Trang City Center Our expert guide & vehicle will pick you up from your hotel or a predetermined meeting spot in the heart of Nha Trang City and transfer you to the boat pier to prepare for the sea expedition.

07:30 to 08:30: Boat transfer to the dive site (Hon Mun or Dam Bay ) and warm-up A speedboat will transport the group to an area with clean waters and magnificent coral reefs. An instructor will lead you through a warm-up and help you adjust to the aquatic environment. The Marine Protected Area is the most beautiful island in Nha Trang Bay.

08:30 - 11:30: Freediving exercise and underwater artistic photography.
Use the "buddy system" to practice freediving and coral reef viewing while under close supervision from an instructor. Our support crew will take artistic underwater images and video clips from professional viewpoints, capturing your most precious memories.

11:30 - 12:30: Rest, refreshments, then return to Nha Trang City Center.
Relax on the speedboat, rinse off with fresh water, and enjoy some beverages and fresh fruit. The adventure will conclude with a speedboat and a tourist car transporting you back to your hotel or the initial meeting spot in Nha Trang's city center.
