Best Hoi An Eco Cooking Class Itinerary:

08:30/14:30: Our local guide will greet you in the hotel lobby. Transfer to Thanh Dong Organic Farms. Take a brief tour around the vegetable garden while listening to the villagers' life-changing narrative of how they were introduced to organic herb gardening practices.

Afterward, we join the farmers and participate in gardening chores such as preparing and putting organic manure into the soil, raking the ground, seeding, watering, and selecting vegetables.

Take a stroll to the basket-boat pier. Get aboard the boat and head to The Field Restaurant. Enjoy your welcome drinks and take a bit of a rest.

You will visit the Tra Que Vegetable Village, which is known for being green and clean, and then head to the garden to make soil and fertilize using seaweed collected from Tra Que. 

Join an Eco Cooking Class. Enjoy the food while talking with your chef.

13:00/19:00: Return to Hotel.

End of trip. See you again.
