Pedicab Food Tour In Hue From Chan May Port Itinerary:

07:30 or 08:00 or 08:30 or 09:00: You will be picked up from outside Chan May Port Exit Gate by our expert tour guide and private vehicle.

It takes 400 meters from the Cruise Ship Dock.

Please walk to the exit gate and look for the welcome sign with your name on it.

Head to Hue City. It takes 2,5 hours by car transfer. Arrive at Hue City and get on a Pedicab/Rickshaw.

Hue Imperial Citadel is home to the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Emperor's Private Residence. Between 1804 and 1833, the Nguyen monarchy (Vietnam's last feudalist monarchy) built the Hue Citadel. The grounds of the Imperial City are encircled by a moat and fortified by two kilometers of walls. The Citadel houses a diverse collection of architectural features, including the Imperial City Gates, the Purple Forbidden City, Temples and Places of Worship, Pavilions, and Gardens.

During the trip, we will stop at many notable local eateries to sample the finest of Hue's local cuisine. Begin your Hue cuisine tour with Banh Beo (Steamed Rice Cake) and Nem Lui (Grilled Ground Pork on Stick), followed by Banh Loc (Clear Dumpling), Banh Nam (Steamed Flat Rice Dumpling), and Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancakes).

The guide will explain and share the story behind each dish.

Next, go to another little street café to have Com Hen (a unique tiny clam rice found only in Huong River). Relax on your cyclo and explore Hue's hidden gems at night before trying another Hue original delicacy, Bun Bo Hue (Hue Beef Noodle). Following the meal sequence, you will be served Che (sweet soup), Hue's signature dessert.

On the route to the other bank of the Perfume River, pass via the ancient and distinctive Truong Tien Bridge to complete the journey.

15:00: Return to Chan May Port.

17:00: End of Trip. See you again.
