1. Payment Method:

- Deposit of 70% of total value is required at the time of service confirmation, the remaining 30% must be paid no later than 48 hours before the ship's departure time;

- In case of service arising within 48 hours before the cruise's departure time, 100% payment must be made at the time of service confirmation;

- Payment by cash or Pay Pal is accepted.

2. Cancellation Policy:

- Bookings canceled within 48 hours of departure time will not be refunded

- Bookings canceled from 48 hours to less than 72 hours of departure time will be refunded 50%

- Bookings canceled from 72 hours of departure time will be refunded 100%

- In case of unexpected bad weather, not ensuring safety and customer experience, Focus Marine has the right to unilaterally
announce the cancellation of service operation and refund 100% of the amount collected from customers.

3. Child Policy:

- Infants are understood as customers aged 0 to under 05 years old. Infants must be accompanied by an adult guardian when using Focus Marine's services.

- Children are understood as customers aged 05 to under 11 years old. All children are required to be accompanied by an adult guardian when using Focus Marine's services.

- Adults are understood as customers aged 11 years or older.

4. Surcharge Policy:

- Surcharge when customers bring personal food and drinks onto Focus Marine's boats as follows:

- Food: 10 USD/ Guest

- Alcohol of all kinds: 20 USD/ Bottle

- Beer of all kinds:10 USD/ Case

- Surcharge Service charge 25% of the total cost
