2 Days Vietnam Mekong Delta Tour. Allow us to lead you on an unforgettable two-day tour of the Mekong Delta's complicated maze. Discover the river that proudly resides at the center of rural life. You'll ride along the gorgeous delta and via some incredible floating marketplaces on this tour.

2 Days Vietnam Mekong Delta Tour Itinerary:

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - RIVER CRUISE CAI BE - CAN THO CITY: (L, D)

08:00: You will be picked up from your hotel to begin our incredible experience. Our first destination is the Cai Be Pier on the Mekong River. Relax at the sampan (traditional motorized boat) carries you around the tranquil waterways. These secret streams are surrounded by beautiful greenery and small settlements where you can appreciate the colors as well as the culture.

After that, we return to Tan Phong island's dry land. Following a brief stop at a delectable fruit orchard, we will enjoy the lovely music of Vietnam as guests of a local performance before embarking on a guided cycling tour of this magnificent island. We will stop along the route to see native folks and discover how they use the land to make anything from delicate rice paper to the robust roofing of their homes. For lunch, a local family will serve us Mekong specialties like freshly cooked spring rolls, fried pumpkin blossom, and delicately braised pork drenched in coconut sauce.

After our unique Mekong lunch, we'll return to our boat and explore the delta's smaller waterways. We may go near the locals and farmers and experience their daily lives. We'll see local merchants making delicious coconut candy, rice wine, one-of-a-kind hand-crafted pottery, and bricks from scratch. Then we'll go to the Vinh Long Pier and market, where you can view even more of the Mekong's specialties.

Then we'll continue to Can Tho city. During your overnight stay, we'll have the opportunity to relax and discover the lovely nightlife and great cuisine of the night market in this wonderful town.

DAY 2: FLOATING MARKET - VINH TRANG PAGODA - HO CHI MINH CITY: (L, D)

We'll get up early and start our day running to make the most of the day. We'll board our own private boat and travel to Cai Rang, Asia's largest floating market. You will be able to see local food being sold from boat to boat. You'll be able to buy your own stuff and even enjoy your morning coffee at one of the wonderful floating coffee shops.

We'll return to the hotel for breakfast after visiting the market. After we check out, we'll go to My Tho to see the majestic Vinh Trang pagoda. Your guide will take you on a tour of the amazing five-acre complex. They will tell you about the temple's history and show you its distinctive architecture and sculpture.

We'll return to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at the start point after what promises to be an interesting and enjoyable day.
