Hoi An Cooking Class For Shore Excursions Itinerary:

07:30 or 08:00: You will be picked up from outside Chan May Port Exit Gate. by our expert tour guide and private vehicle.

It takes 100 meters from the Cruise Ship Dock.

Please walk to the exit gate and look for the welcome sign with your name on it.

Transfer to Tra Que Vegetable Village in Hoi An City and explore various attractions along the route. It takes 2.5 hours.

After that, we join the farmers and help with gardening duties including preparing and applying organic manure to the soil, raking the ground, sowing, watering, and choosing veggies.

You will first visit the Tra Que Vegetable Village, which is recognized for being green and clean, before heading to the garden to build soil and fertilize using seaweed harvested from Tra Que Vegetable Village.

Join an Eco Cooking Class. Enjoy the food while talking with your chef. The menu is as follows:

1. Green Papaya Salad.
2. Springs Roll.
3. Vietnamese Rice Pancake (Banh Xeo).
   
4. Fish Simmered In A Ceramic Pot.
