Hoi An Cooking Class. During this enjoyable cooking class session, you will learn more about Vietnamese culture via cuisine. Before traveling to the kitchen, you'll visit Hoi An's fresh produce market to choose the items you'll be cooking with. Then, set sail up the river in a bamboo basket boat and attempt traditional Vietnamese crab fishing. In the kitchen, take a two-hour cooking session and discover new techniques. Enjoy tasting your creations afterward.

Hoi An Cooking Class Itinerary:

08:30/14:30: You will be picked up from the hotel by our expert tour guide and transferred to the Thanh Dong organic farm by electric car.

Visit the farm and learn about it from a farmer. Join them in growing organic veggies.

Take a stroll to the basket-boat pier. Get aboard the boat and head to The Field Restaurant.

Enjoy your welcome drinks and take a bit of a rest.

Learn how to make some Vietnamese dishes.

Enjoy the food while talking with your chef.

13:00/19:00: Return to Hotel.

End of trip. See you again.
