In Nha Trang, the Suoi Do Pagoda is a Buddhist temple that was erected in homage to Quan Am, the Goddess of Mercy or Lady Buddha. It has been there for 50 years. Suoi Hiep Mountain Temple is an attractive landmark due to its calm environment and rich history of Buddhism in the seaside town of Suoi Hiep.

Interestingly, a little girl claimed to have seen the goddess while playing with her pals along a stream that flows down the mountain. Later, Suoi Do Pagoda was constructed beside the creek to serve the local Buddhist population. There is a free vegetarian dinner served every 15th day of the lunar month, which attracts a large number of devotees.

Due to the pagoda's 200-step climb, tourists with physical impairments or health issues may have difficulty visiting the site. There are plenty of trees and a natural pool at the summit, as well as panoramic views of the Cai River Valley, rice farms, banana plantations, and surrounding hills.

There is 30-minute drive southwest from the city to Suoi Do Pagoda however it is recommended to contact locals for instructions or join a tour owing to its secluded nature and difficulty finding it on your own. This temple, like every other holy location in the world, requires careful consideration of what you wear. The Suoi Do Pagoda is open to photography, however, abstain from making too much noise since it may disturb the monks who are worshiping there.
