This means that Giac Phong Grandmaster was also known as Giac Tu Tinh Quang Grandmaster in the world of Sac Tu Tinh Quang in Quang Tri province, where he completed his baccalaureate year in the year of the Horse (1918). In addition, Nha Trang city was becoming more and more congested, and the carriages were becoming more and more waves. After three years, Venerable Phuoc Hue identified a successful location to transfer the Hai Duc pagoda. That is Trai Thuy Hill.
Around the mountain, there are many pagodas, including Hai Duc, Long Son, and Linh Phong. Because it is not the largest Buddhist Institute in the Central region, Hai Duc Pagoda is most popular among monks, nuns, Buddhists, and townspeople.
