In 2016, a group of five female entrepreneurs collaborated to create a profitable tourist strategy. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Nguyen Thi Hue, Nguyen Thi Phuc Minh, Vu Thi Xoan, and Doan Uyen Thao are the directors of five firms that trade, process, and export agricultural goods, honey, and mechanical equipment. The quintet is also an ardent member of the Dak Lak Female Entrepreneurs group, which is led by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh and has actively participated in local charitable initiatives.
They devised the concept of developing a model that might assist communities in reducing poverty in a sustainable manner. The Kotam ecological site was established, surrounded by settlements of the E De ethnic people, including Pak, Kotam, Krong A, and Krong B. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh was named Director of the Kontam Community-based Tourism Joint Stock Company as the owner of Quang Anh Trade Ltd. Co, one of the top enterprises with the greatest revenues in Dak Lak.
Not shortly after its opening, the Kontam firm attracted 35 members of the Dak Lak Female Entrepreneurs club, who invested heavily in the tourism site's building.

If you want to consume it, simply take it out and cook it over charcoal, then pound the meat with a pestle until it's tender enough to eat. Each beef fiber is drained while retaining its natural suppleness.
