According to the direction of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, we want to organize these events every two years (alternating with the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival) in order to help promote the image and tourism brand of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, making Khanh Hoa a marine tourism center.

- The Drones Show Performance - The Stories of Heritage Land:
In addition to the host team Vietnam, we worked with our partners in advance to invite three more international teams from India, South Korea, and China. On each performance night, two teams will compete live on each specific topic. Specifically: The opening ceremony and the first competition night (night of June 29th) will feature the motto “Hello Vietnam – Hello Vietnam”. The motto for the second night of the competition (night of July 6th) is “Brilliant Ocean – Glorious Ocean”. The motto for the third night of the contest (night 13th July) is “Stories from countries of cultural heritage”. On the final night (night of July 20th), an awards ceremony will be held with the motto "Bright Nha Trang – Charming Nha Trang". The show will last 90 minutes each night, of which each team will perform for about 15 to 20 minutes each night (the minimum number of drones for each team is 1,000), and the rest will be a musical performance with the participation of Vietnam's star singers.
The festival is in line with the direction of Politburo Resolution No.09-NQ/TW dated January 28, 2022, on construction, to develop Khanh Hoa into a "smart urban area with an identity on par with the Asian region". With a vision up to 2045, we will develop Khanh Hoa Province by 2030. At the same time, we will plan explosive events, promote and disseminate the image of Nha Trang and Khanh Hoa tourism in the international market, and support its realization and withdrawal.
